It is possible to book this splendid country residence exclusively: a welcoming home, elegantly furnished, with the utmost attention to every detail and equipped with all modern comforts. Spacious interiors and a large veranda with a panoramic terrace, as well as a large garden intertwined with the olive grove, allow you to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty that only the countryside on the hills can offer.

You will live within a real organic farm, with Sara’s family, and you can visit the estate where excellent organic products are passionately cultivated. You can taste extra virgin olive oil, wine produced on the farm from native grapes, and a selection of representative labels of the territory, all genuine products respecting the criteria of sustainable agriculture.

In addition to breakfast, which is served every morning in the Capanna or on the adjacent panoramic terrace, during your stay it is possible to arrange tastings on the farm or in nearby wineries, lunches with seasonal products, typical dinners on the terrace or under the stars in the garden, aperitifs or cocktails with live music, cooking classes, guided tours of the crops, the apiary, yoga or Thai Chi sessions, E-bike rental to explore the surrounding hills, shuttle service to the cities, stations, and airports of the region. The house with its annexes can comfortably accommodate a small group of people, for a minimum of 5 nights. The rooms can host a maximum of 14 adults, 6 children/teenagers, and 4 babies. Various common areas, the glass hut with the panoramic outdoor area, the grape pergolas, the large garden, a playground for the little ones and one for the adults illuminated even at night, the pool area with its flower garden, guarantee a comfortable experience for the whole group even for long stays. This place is truly a 5 star experience. Sara & Emilio along with their staff have created a dreamy bed and breakfast surrounded by the prettiest gardens and decor. Breakfast is delicious. Dinner is offered on some of the nights. It’s in a great location. The rooms are so relaxing with quality finishings. Amazing views and very romantic!!

We’ve seen our fair share of BnBs around the world, but Emilio’s and Sara’s farm, which we visited late May 2024, made a direct entry in our top 3 ever. Everything about it is beyond perfect. Emilio’s and his team hospitality, the beauty of the property, the smell of flowers everywhere, the chill and welcoming atmosphere, every little detail to make you feel like your soul is given a relaxing massage.
We don’t plan holidays based on an accommodation but we might very well be back just because of their place!

+ the amazing couple Sara & Emilio have built this place from scratch, so welcoming and friendly! They tell with a lot of passion about their farm and project. Also the other people that work here are super nice
+ the property and the apartments/rooms are pure perfection. Everything is thought of and with such a great taste. The bathroom is something I want in my own house. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed at in Italy (and we have been here many times!). The view over the valley and the medieval towns are amazing.
+ they offer food a few times a week which is amazing and also very cute setting – highly recommend!
