For me and Emilio one of the joys of welcoming groups of friends is seeing how naturally conviviality happens.

Sometimes all it takes is a table under the stars, a bottle of wine, a simple meal cooked together.

On request we organise dinners and cooking classes where we prepare traditional Tuscan dishes using ingredients from our vegetable garden.

Other evenings, we simply let things unfold: some people laugh, some play cards, bocce, or ping-pong, while others sit quietly and watch the fireflies.

These are the simple but meaningful moments.

And often they’re the ones that stay in our hearts the longest.
